High Court asks govt to appoint 38 BCS candidates

The High Court has ordered to appoint the 38 candidates who have successfully passed the 36th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations.
Around 2,323 examinees were recommended for various cadre positions, according to the results published on the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) website on October 17, 2017.
A total of 292 candidates were recommended for admin cadre while 117 for police cadre, 42 for tax cadre, 20 for foreign cadre, 15 for accounts and audit, 322 for agriculture, 48 for fisheries, 187 for assistant health surgeon, and 43 for livestock among those candidates recommended in the 36th BCS.
