PM suggests 3 ways to remain safe from Covid-19
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged all the countrymen to remain cautions as the coronavirus infection rate has increased remarkably in the recent days.
She also suggested three ways - wearing masks, adopting utmost safety measures, and limiting public gatherings - to be safe from Coronavirus infection and asked people to abide by those.
The premier came up with the directives at the cabinet meeting held at the secretariat this afternoon.
Upon completion of the meeting, Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam made the disclosure at a press briefing, reports Prothom Alo.
"The prime minister told the meeting that we should not think that we are in a very good situation (comfort zone). But we are doing much better than other countries," the cabinet secretary quoted the prime minister as saying.
Reminding coronavirus infection was its peak in the summer of the last year, prime minister cautioned all and said there is no certainty that the situation will not repeat. Additionally, the experts have also asked to remain cautious about the months of April, May and June, he added.
