Victory Day celebrated at Coast Guard bases and ships

As Bangladesh celebrates the 48th anniversary of its victory, Bangladesh Coast Guard has celebrated the day through myriad programmes.
The programmes started with the recital of holy verses for the Coast Guard. The base was adorned with festive decors, ships dressed overall during the day and decorated with lighting at night.
Seeking salvation for the souls of all the martyrs of the liberation war, and peace of the country and nation, a special prayer was offered at the central mosque of Chattogram base.
Zonal Commander of Coast Guard's Eastern Zone Captain M Waseem Maqsood, (G), psc, BN attended the prayer.
