20th AGM of Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies held

Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (Baplc) organised its 20th annual general meeting at a hotel in the capital on Sunday.

Azam J Chowdhury, President of the Association, presided over the meeting at Hotel Six Seasons in Gulshan 2.

In the AGM, there was a question-answer session between the members and the executive committee of the Baplc, said a press release on Monday.

The other executive Committee members--- Anis A Khan, former Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank, M Anis Ud Dowla, Chairman of ACI Ltd, Ruhul Amin, Chairman of Bangladesh Industrial Finance Co Ltd, Syed M Altaf Hussain, Chairman of Pragati Insurance Ltd, Riad Mahmud, Managing Director of National Polymer Ind Ltd, Ms. Farzanah Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of Green Delta Insurance Co Ltd, ATM Mahbubul Alam, Chairman of Intech Ltd, Md. Nazrul Islam, Chairman of Fareast Islami Life Insurance Co Ltd, Mominul Islam, Managing Director & CEO of IPDC Finance Ltd, Imam Shaheen, Managing Director & CEO of Asia Insurance Ltd, Md Faisal Karim Khan, Director of Summit Power Ltd, Oli Kamal, FCS, SVP & Company Secretary of First Security Islami Bank Ltd and BAPLC Secretary General Md Amzad Hossain joined the AGM.
