Lean methodology helps organisations to eliminate or reduce waste while Six Sigma helps organisations to improve quality through reduction of process variances and these methodologies are relatively new to Bangladesh. There is huge demand in the future for Lean Six Sigma professionals as more companies willing to invest in this concept. To fill this market vacuum it is highly important to increase the number of certified professionals produced each year.
