Sprite launches storytelling campaign for consumers
In its new digital campaign, Sprite, a popular lemon-lime flavored beverage of Coca-Cola, is inviting consumers to choose their own Sprite story by voting for their favorite option.
The campaign titled 'Your answer makes the Sprite Story' aims to connect the youth through an interactive communication, where they will have an amazing opportunity to participate in the campaign, said a media statement issued on Thursday.
As part of the campaign, an unfinished, yet interesting video story has been shared on Sprite's official Facebook page in Bangladesh in which popular actor Siam Ahmed, also the brand ambassador of Sprite in Bangladesh, acts as the protagonist.
The story ends in an intense cliffhanger and audience are invited to choose the next part of the story by voting for their favorite option.
Participants can also send their own answers via messenger to the brand's official Facebook page. The Sprite story will get built on the answer chosen by the majority.
Commenting on the idea behind the campaign, Ajay Bathija, director, Coca-Cola Bangladesh said, "Sprite's youth-centric spirit as the ultimate refresher not only helps quench thirst but also encourages consumers to bring out their innovative ideas and wittiness to life."
"We are looking forward to the exciting digital engagement along with Sprite's signature lemon-lime taste to beat the summer heat and keep everyone refreshed and connected in the days to come," he added.
