Covid-19: Salma-Adil Foundation distributes PPE in Gazipur
This package of supply includes imported world standard PPEs, KN95 masks and goggles
Salma-Adil Foundation (SAF) has distributed personal protective equipment (PPE) and other protective gadgets in Gazipur in a bid to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
Zia Mahmud Khan Ratul, on behalf of the foundation, recently handed over the protective gears to the Khidmatul Mayyat-Gazipur, a special social welfare organisation, said a press release.
This package of supply included imported world standard PPEs, KN95 masks and goggles.
Khidmatul Mayyat is relentlessly helping to bury these Covid-19 affected dead at their own cost, risking their lives.
The foundation will also provide free supplies to this volunteer group for burial service to those who have died of Covid-19 infection.
The SAF has said all the equipment and supplies for the burial of the deceased would be soon delivered with its own funding.
The foundation earlier distributed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Chandanaish upazila in Chattogram, with its funding.
