Plot Summary: At the beginning of the telefim, a criminal (Emon) is seen being transported in a launch (steamer). He’s asked what crime he has committed. From here on, the story is presented through a flashback. The criminal used to work at a household where he also tutored a girl, Bhabna. Gradually, they fall in love. Eloping together, they start a family.
Soon after, he falls sick, and cannot work anymore. Bhabna starts teaching at a school where she meets Rawnak. The husband gets sceptical of a love affair between Bhabna and Rawnak. And what happened as a result, would be revealed in the telefim.

Plot Summary: Mahmudul Haque is a famous writer in the country. He gets back to the country after spending several years abroad, and now writing is his passion and profession. He doesn’t take part in social gatherings, doesn’t do interviews, he only makes sure that his write-ups reach the readers. Suddenly one day, he publishes an advertisement looking for a personal assistant.
A young woman named Niti passes the interview. She comes to the writer’s house cum office. Mahmud is sitting in a shadowy room where his face is not fully visible. Niti keeps talking about poetry and literature without even seeing his face. When she asks why there is not enough light in the room, Mahmud gives out a mysterious smile. Thus, he becomes a mystery to Niti.
Even though, Niti spends days enchanted in Mahmud’s artistry. But she cannot see his face. Against Niti’s impatience, Mahmud reveals his face to her. As the face becomes clear, Niti cries out seeing Mahmud’s ghoulish face. His face completely melted on one side. Right at this moment, from a nearby room, she hears a cynical laughter of a woman. Petrified Niti escapes the scene. Thus advances the story of Jalchhabi.
