The Bangladeshi singer won the Viewer’s Choice award for his powerful performance
The contestant with the golden voice, Bangladeshi singer Mainul Ahsan Nobel took the audience by surprise with his breathtaking voice and powerful persona in the musical talent show -- Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.
Starting from the judges to the audience, his performance stroked the perfect chord but sadly his innumerable appreciation and love could not get him the first position in the competition.
The Grand finale, which was shot on June 29 in Kolkata’s, Biswa Bangla Convention Center will be aired on July 28.
Ankita bedazzled the audience and won the first prize, while the 1st runner up was given to Snigdhajit and Gourab, and the 2nd runner up was Pritam and Nobel.
Although Nobel won the 2nd runner up position in the show, he received the “Viewer’s Choice” award for his powerful covers of fan favorite classic songs from James and Ayub Bachchu.
Nobel had but all sweet words towards the musical competition, thanking his audience for always being at his side and showering him with unconditional love. He expressed gratefulness towards the show for giving him instant fame and recognition in both Bangladesh and India.
Although the competition is over, he is bound by official contract not to speak anything about the grand finale till the show airs on Zee Bangla.
The singer wishes that his fans will continue to show his support in the future as well.
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is a fan- favorite show which is popular in both Bangladesh and India. The show which started in September last year showcased Bangladeshi contestants such as Abanti Sithi, Tanjim Sharif, Romana Iti, Mezba Bappi, Atiya Anisa, Monty Sinha and Nobel.
The rest of the contestants were eliminated, but Nobel was able to outshine all till the grand finale.
