4 Bangladeshi films to be screened at IVIFF in Delhi
Bangladeshi filmmakers and artists will join online discussions at the festival.
The Indus Valley International Film Festival (IVIFF) will be held online from August 1-9 where four Bangladeshi films will be screened.
The Bangladeshi films to be screened are: "Nolok" directed by Sakib Sonet, Masud Pathik's "Maya—the Lost Mother," "Mala Bhabi" directed by Mizanur Rahman Labu and "Qasida of Dhaka" by Anarja Murshid.
Bangladeshi filmmakers and artists will join online discussions at the festival.
A jury panel selected the films for screening at the festival which will kick off with Bollywood film, "Pataakha," directed by Indian national award winning filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj.
Nandita Das's acclaimed film; "Manto" will be screened on the concluding day.
Organised by South Asia Forum for Art and Creative Heritage, initially, the festival was supposed to be held in Delhi.
