Deep Purple releases a new single from the upcoming album, ‘Whoosh!’

Classic rock band Deep Purple released a new single, "Throw My Bones," on Friday. Music video for the song was released on the official YouTube channel of record label earMusic in which a mystery man, disguised in an astronaut suit is seen roaming around in different streets.

Basically, the music video articulates the main idea of the song, as lyrics of "Throw My Bones" questions the current state of society, especially its relationship to Earth.

The song features a chugging guitar line and solos and slick drum groove, associated with vocalist Ian Gillan's familiar voice. Steve Morse's guitar solo is definitely one of the major highlights of the song.
The song is from the pioneering heavy metal and modern rock band's forthcoming album, "Whoosh!." The album will be released on June 12. "Whoosh!" marks the 21st studio album in Deep Purple's expansive catalog.
