"A Quiet Place 2" features Krasinski's wife, British actor Emily Blunt in the lead role.
The Paramount film was scheduled to hit movie theatres on March 18. The film joins the list of the Hollywood movies to be pushed back because of the virus that has closed movie theatres in China, Italy and many other countries.
