Tanvir Mokammel’s documentary on online film festival
“Seemantorekha” along with four other films will be screened at the virtual film festival.
The inauguration of the virtual film festival titled FFSI Online Film Festival, organized by Federation of Film Societies of India (Eastern Region) took place on June 7. The fourth session kicked off on June 29 and would be open for all to watch till July 6.
Prominent Bangladeshi filmmaker Tanvir Mokammel's documentary "Seemantorekha" along with four other films will be screened at the virtual film festival.
The fourth session will feature screenings of three feature-length and two short films. About 15,000 viewers have enjoyed the previous session of the festival from all over the world.
Written and directed by Tanvir Mokammel, "Seemantorekha," also known as "1947: The Borderline" is a crowd-funded documentary film.
