Job Responsibilities
- Handling Social Media queries.
- Take & relay messages.
- Replying Corporate Mail.
- Send fix mail to corporate customers.
- Provide information to customers.
- Handling online issues and pass it to concern department.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- General administrative and office support.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Service

- 1 to 3 year(s)
