ACFE Bangladesh Chapter Forms new interim Board

Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) has formed a new interim Board of Directors recently in a hotel in Dhaka.
The new Board of Directors includes Mohammed Iqbal Hossain as president and Miftahul Zannat as secretary, said a press release.
In a significant step forward enhancing anti-fraud awareness and strengthening the fight against fraud and corruption in Bangladesh, 25 members of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) gathered in Dhaka to establish the ACFE Bangladesh Chapter.
The group includes 11 Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and 13 Associate Members, all committed to the mission of promoting ethical practices and safeguarding organisations and the nation from fraudulent activities.
The formation of ACFE Bangladesh Chapter aims at elevating anti-fraud education, enhance professional collaboration, and advance the prevention of corruption across various sectors.
This initiative aligns with the global mission of the ACFE to promote best practices in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation, ensuring that both public and private sectors in Bangladesh are well-equipped to combat fraudulent activities.
