‘No initiatives properly implemented’
No initiatives were properly implemented in the country to stop the spread of the virus, and if the zoning programme fails then the infections, as well as the deaths, will increase exponentially.
The aftermath of that pressure will hit the hospitals hard, although this sector is already under pressure for tackling a huge number of patients. The situation will become even tougher soon.
If we had implemented the initiatives to control the spread of the virus in the last three months, we could have stopped its spread. The upward trend of the Covid-19 infections would not be here now.
But unfortunately, we could not do that, and the spread of the virus did not stop.
