A writ petition has been filed today with the High Court today seeking its directives on authorities concerned to appoint gatekeepers at all rail crossings and shutdown illegal rail gates across the country.
Advocate Eklas Uddin Bhuiyan filed the writ on behalf of Sayada Shaheen Ara Laily.
The hearing on the petition might be held this week by a High Court bench headed by Justice M Enayetur Rahim.
