ULAB to host series webinars on ‘Protecting Diversity, Tolerance and Pluralism’

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), is hosting an International Webinar Series titled "Protecting Diversity, Tolerance and Pluralism: An International Webinar Series."
The webinars, which are being conducted by the flagship research center of ULAB, the Center for Enterprise and Society (CES) are scheduled to run on three consecutive Saturdays - Sept 19, Sept 25 and Oct 3, 2020, according to a press release.
The globally leading think tank, Chatham House and Delhi-based Impact and Policy Research Institute (IMPRI) are the prestigious partners of this event.
The goal of this event is to bring together academics, researchers, policy leaders and youth leaders to engage in actionable knowledge-sharing to build more tolerant societies, respectful towards diversity and pluralism.
Confirmed panellists include professors from Harvard University, Columbia University, Princeton University, University of Bristol, as well as leading local universities, including ULAB, University of Dhaka and BRAC University.
Panellists for the second webinar brings together renowned civil society leaders from the UK Department of Education; International Counter Terrorism Network; and leading international diplomats, journalists, and NGO leaders. Last but not least, the third webinar will feature national and international youth leaders.
