Divisional directors (Health) or Civil Surgeons will lead the mobile courts in their respective areas
Mobile courts are set to start drives against all unregistered private hospitals and clinics or hospitals with poor health services across the country within the next three days.
In a video conference held on November 8, the director general of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) asked Divisional Directors (Health) and Civil Surgeons to operate mobile courts against aforementioned hospitals and clinics within the next three days and submit the report on it.
The DGHS has issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday.
Divisional directors or Civil Surgeons will lead the mobile courts in their respective areas along with the executive magistrates and police in the presence of print and electronic media journalists.
During the drives, the officials concerned have to take strict measures against any irregularities, it added.
