Student movement leader Hasnat Abdullah's phone stolen from hotel room in Cox's Bazar

The mobile phone of Hasnat Abdullah, a coordinator of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, has been stolen from a hotel in Cox's Bazar.
"The incident occurred today (12 September) when Hasnat was resting in a room at a residential hotel named Silicon in Cox's Bazar," Cox's Bazar Superintendent of Police (SP) Mohammad Rahman Ullah told The Business Standard.
"Hasnat reported the theft around noon. The police are currently investigating the matter to recover the stolen phone," the SP added.
According to the coordinators of the student movement in Cox's Bazar, Hasnat is visiting the beach town to attend a student-public meeting.
