A youth was killed in a motorcycle accident on the Dhaka-Mawa expressway in Munshiganj's Sirajdikhan.
The deceased identified as Fahad Mastasir Tonmoy, 26, was the son of Md Salam Jamadar from Satmile village in Barishal.
"The incident occurred around 11:30am today (17 September) when the motorcycle rider Tonmoy collided with an unidentified truck on the Kuchiamora underpass bridge," Hasara Highway Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Jamirul Islam told The Business Standard.

"He died on the spot from severe injuries. We recovered the body and brought it to the police station," said the SI.
The body will be handed over to the relatives after the legal process is completed, he added.
