Schezwan bread balls:
3 or 4 big size potatoes boiled
Chat masala to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp schezwan chutney (You can buy it from store)
How to make it
Take a bowl to add boiled potatoes in it. Smash the potatoes, adding the spices with it. Mix everything well. Add the coriander leaves. In a different bowl, pour some water and dip bread slices in it. Do not forget to cut the edges of the bread slices. Squeeze and remove the excess water from the bread. Now add the stuffing and seal the bread slices properly. Make bread balls. Roll the balls in bread crumbs. It is time to fry the balls on medium heat until they are golden brown. You can add other ingredients in the stuffing as well.
