Job Responsibilities
- Meet the budgetary target and stimulate revenue generating factors.
- Design & implement business strategy to ensure profitability through portfolio enhancement.
- Monitor & analyze the key factors of issuing portfolio (sales, acquiring initiatives, activation & service), develop
- strategy & implement that too to meet the yearly sales & business target.
- Work with VISA, Master Card & other payment gateway cross functional teams to identify new segment and
- product opportunities and develop bespoke propositions to maximize segment penetration.
- Formulate Business & Sales strategies for all cards products to achieve business target month and year wise.
- Assess the viability of new products in support of market strategy & enhance loyalty program.
- Monitor operational excellence and propose reengineering, end-to-end process improvement initiatives with a focus on customer orientation, service standard and service quality.

- Recommends market strategy including pricing; introduction to market; profit planning; expense budgets; etc.
- Explore market and educate peers / management on current and upcoming trends in electronic payment.
- Planning, Directing and Managing of Sales Team.

Educational Requirements
- Master's in any discipline preferably from Business background
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 Years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CARDS (Credit/ Debit)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirment
- Having good expertise and experience on Brand & Marketing.
- Strong understanding on Service Standard
