Removal of 495 Upazila and 60 Zilla Parishad Chairman

The chairman of 495 upazila parishads of the country has been removed. In their place, the concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer has been given the responsibility of administrator of UNOs. The local government department has issued a separate order in this regard on August 19.
