Shish Haider made new ICT secretary
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in his regard on Saturday
Additional Secretary Shish Haider Chowdhury has been promoted to the secretary for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in his regard on Saturday (14 September).
The notice stated that the appointment will take effect immediately.

As part of its series of reforms, the interim government is gradually making changes in the top positions of the ICT Division alongside other offices.
On Thursday, ICT Secretary Samsul Arefin was removed and made an officer on special duty (OSD) at the public administration.
Shish Haider, served the government as an additional accountant general until 2022, before becoming a member for international cooperation at the Bangladesh Trade and Tariff Commission.
The Dhaka University Accounting graduate had further higher education from the University of Birmingham and several other reputed institutes.
