Who will be in control of Gaza after the war, what is Hamas-Israel saying?

Osama Hamadan, the top leader of the Palestinian independence group Hamas, said that there will be joint Palestinian rule. Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu published a post-war plan for Gaza online last May. There, he claimed, if this plan is implemented, the Palestinians will "enjoy unparalleled prosperity."
