Two youths hacked to death in Mohammadpur
The deceased have been identified as Nasir, 30, and Munna, 22
Two youths were hacked to death in the Rayer Bazar area of Mohammadpur in Dhaka earlier tonight (20 September).
The incident took place at around 7:00pm in the Sadek Khan Bazar, according to locals.
The deceased have been identified as Nasir, 30, and Munna, 22, Mohammadpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Iftekhar Hassan told The Business Standard.

"We have reports of two youths named Munna and Nasir being killed near Buddhijini Sadek Khan Road during a clash between two groups," he said.
"Of them, Munna died while undergoing treatment at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital while Nasir died at the Dhaka Medical College Hospital," he added.
The OC stated that Munna was accused in seven to eight cases. But no information about Nasir could be confirmed immediately.
"Investigations are underway to find out the reason behind the killings," said Iftekhar.
Nasir's dead body is currently being kept at the Dhaka Medical College mortuary, said Masud Alam, sub-inspector at the hospital's police outpost.
"He breathed his last in the hospital's One-Stop Emergency Centre," the police official added.
