What is going to happen to BRICS' 'Kazan Declaration'?

The three-day BRICS summit began on October 22 in the Russian city of Kazan. A new announcement will also be made from this conference. Which will be known as 'Kazan Declaration'. It will formally declare five new member states as part of BRICS.
