Shilpakala reopens its theatre halls
After a long closure, the auditorium space of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, located in Shegunbagicha, Dhaka, is finally being reopened.
Starting from 11 October, the main theatre hall and rooms 1 and 2 of the National Theater Hall will be opened on a limited scale.
The Shilpakala authorities have informed that special precautions will be taken, considering the current situation.

Theatre groups performing in the main hall of the National Theater Hall will be allotted one shift for a single performance. The main gate will be opened for the audience two hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Organisations and groups performing in the main hall of the National Theater Hall will be given priority for the allocation of two rehearsal rooms.
