Cricketers are to download the application on their mobile phones and answer the questions set in it. Then they have to submit it to BCB's server so that the medical team can assess their health condition.
Manager of Management Information System (MIS) of BCB, Nasir Ahmed told The Business Standard, "We have set 18 questions for the players. Once they submit the answers, the information will be uploaded in our server. Then our medical team will decide which zone a particular player is in- red, blue or yellow. Then they will be given further instructions what to do and what not to do."
"If a cricketer is detected to be in the red zone, our manager of cricket operations Sabbir and the physician of BCB Dr. Debashish Chowdhury will be immediately notified," Nasir Ahmed added.
Apart from physical health, BCB will be monitoring the mental wellbeing of the cricketers.
