These two laptops will be available for purchase from August 13 and customer will be able to pre-book from the selected Huawei brand shops
Huawei has announced the launch of two premium laptops for the first time in Bangladesh after great success in the global market.
The launch of the Huawei MateBook 13 and MateBook D 15 in Bangladesh was made through an online briefing on Saturday.
The pre-booking of MateBook 13 and MateBook D 15 - Tk99,999 and Tk 63,999, respectively - has started and will continue till August 12.
Upon pre-booking customers will get a Huawei FreeLace and backpack for Huawei MateBook 13 and Huawei FreeLace and mini speaker for the Huawei MateBook D 15 as gifts.
These two laptops will be available for purchase from August 13 and customer will be able to pre-book from the selected Huawei brand shops along with Ryans Computers and StarTech.
"Notebooks play an important role as the primary screen in our all-scenario strategy. The consumers also get a truly great user experience due to interconnection between smart devices and laptops," said GTM Director, Huawei Consumer Business Group (Bangladesh) Zheng Benyang.
"The design, display and performance of Huawei's Matebook 13 and Matebook D 15 laptops that have been brought to Bangladesh will give customers a seamless experience," he further added.
The Huawei MateBook 13 laptop comes with a 13-inch 2k resolution full view display with a multi touch screen. It comes with a 10th generation Intel Core i5 CPU, 16GB RAM, and storage of 512 GB.
The MateBook 13 is only 14.9mm thin and weighs kg 1.3 with quick-charging capability along with metal chassis and the screen-to-body ratio kept at 88 percent and a fingerprint sensor.
On the other hand, Huawei MateBook D 15 is equipped with 8GB dual-channel DDR4 RAM. It has a facility of 256GB storage and 1 terabyte HDD, powered by AMD Ryzen 5 3500U model processor.
Huawei MateBook D 15 is only 16.9mm thin and weighs 1.53kg. It contains a fingerprint power button and quick charging technology. The 15.6-inch full-view display has 1920X1080 resolutions. It is featuring an incredible 87 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Both the premium laptops will operate on Windows 10.
