The goals Russia has set regarding Ukraine will be fully accomplished, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated in a video message on September 30. He delivered this message on the occasion of Russia's second 'Reunification Day.' The day is marked by Moscow as the anniversary of the annexation of four regions—Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson—into Russia.
