What is the plan of the newly appointed chairman of BSEC about the capital market?

BSEC's new chairman Khandkar Rashed Maqsood wants to move forward with these three plans (Transparency, good governance and market development). In a press conference on Sunday, the BSEC chairman said that there will be an investigation into corruption and irregularities in the capital market in the past 14 years.
