90% of owners will become loan defaulters if the new circular is enforced -Mohammad Hatem

"The condition of many garment factory owners is deteriorating. Worker unrest, gas shortages, and high bank interest rates are further worsening the situation in this sector," said Mohammad Hatem, President of BKMEA, during a discussion organized by DCCI.
