Bangladeshi-origin entrepreneur Fahim Saleh, co-founder of ride-sharing app Pathao, was murdered on July 13, 2020 in New York. After a four-year trial, Tyrese Devon Haspil, Fahim's former assistant and killer, was sentenced to 40 years in prison on September 11.
