Leaders of Quad Countries—U.S., Australia, India, and Japan—Express Deep Concerns Over South China Sea

The United States, Australia, India, and Japan have formed the Quad alliance. The latest Quad summit was held in Wilmington, Delaware, the hometown of U.S. President Joe Biden. In a joint statement issued after the summit, Quad leaders expressed, "We are deeply concerned about the situation in the East and South China Sea."
